Slide in contacts are used for control wiring terminals are used with suitable  accessories like TERMINALS, HEADERS, MARKERS, STOPPER, CT, SHORTING TERMINAL etc.

Wiring bunch is laid down in PVC DUCTS and arranged to give double safety by using SPIRAL/FLEXIBLE CONDUCT.

All components are marked with INTERNAL LEGENDS. Legends  are made out of the trafolite sheet to depict feeder designation even in rear cable chamber also. Control circuit is powered by DRAW TYPE FUSE or MCB.

Every incomer panel is provided with drawing pocket for ready reference of control schemes.

 

OUTGOING CABLE TERMINATION

Power & control wiring bunches are carried separetely in vertical cable cable alley . DIN CHANNEL is provided to accomodate NYLON COLOURED POWER TERMINAL and CONTROL TERMINALS. represented by markers & headers. Transparent shroud are provided in incoming side to avoid acidental contact in case door is opened.

 
DRAWOUT AUXILIARY TERMINALS

Withdrawable parts are provided with multi-Way auxiliary terminals which are self-aligning and self-disconnecting without any manual operation. Male contacts are silver-plated copper, having two surfaces in contact with the phosphor-bronze springs integral to each female contact. The contacts and terminals are finger-touch proof.

 
INSTRUMENT PLATE

Instrument plate is provided with a swing out instrument plate are the front on the right hand
side. it is hinged on its left edge for access to components mounted. A cut-out on the compartment door enables the operator to read the flush-mounted meters.reset the overload relay, etc.

 
GUIDE LEVERS

The widrawable trolly can be withdrawn from or inserted into the service position with the help of a robust arrangments. The moving trolly with bearings on both sides move easily and quickly within guide rails on the feeder base -plate.No tools need to located .Withrawable parts.

AUTOMATIC SAFETY SHUTTER

A gravity-operated shutter in front of the vertical connections prevents them from being touched accidentally when the withdraw able part is removed.
