Enclosures



Enclosures are manufactured with 14 SWG smooth & wrinkle free CRCA sheets) with stress removed in complete folding
Construction, equipped with brake press, shearing M/C, nibbling M/C, spot welding, power presses employing extensive tooling.
The enclosure is fabricated in a modular construction i.e each bay is identical & can be assembled or dismantled easily in a shorter time which is not feasible in total welded bay.


Not only bays are modular, components too are fabricated in folded construction, the major advantage would be minimum welding to avoid deformation of fabricated components, beside stocking of critical fabrication components to expediate delivery of panels.

Brass hinges are used for rust free long life & door operation.
Neoprene gasket is used for door sealing (self adhesive)
Plastic washers are used for beneath metal to avoid corrosion due to galvanizing.
High tensile hardware to avoid rust formation.

Diesel heating system -

With time & again, it has been established that 7 tank system employing hot chemical system is far better than cold & effective. Also a perfect layer of phosphating is very essential to achieve perfect and durable of paint layer.

Vidhyut uses an unique method for an ideal pretreatment. It has got a 100% close circulation with the help of circulation pump & burner controlled heating tanks, thus at the bottom of the water is subjected to stir & does not allow the chemical to deposit at bottom in addition to give the desired temperature.


Painting - 

After through chemical pretreatment, the equipment are painted in a conveyrised powder coating plant
AFTER THROUGH CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT, THE EQUIPMENT ARE PAINTED IN A CONVEYRISED POWDER COATING PLANT, THUS GIVING A LONG LIFE TO PANEL AND GOOD AESTHETICS.

THE STANDARD FINISH IS SIEMENS PREFERABLE GREY (RAL7032) MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT IN ORANGE (RAL2000)

BUS BARING 
COPPER/ ALUMINUM BUS BARS OF EC91E (as per IS 5082 standard ) ELECTROLYTIC GRADE IS PROCURED DIRECTLY FROM HINDALCO/INDAL AND CROSS SECTIONAL AREA IS CHOSEN ON BASIS OF BUSBAR CALCULATION CONSIDERING DERATING FACTORS.

BUS BAR ARE BRACED RIGIDLY TO WITHSTAND SHORT CIRCUIT FAULT.WITH SMC SUPPORTED OF HIGH QUALITY,HAVING FOLLOWING MERITS-

ALL BUS BARS ARE INSULATED WITH PVC HEAT SHRINKABLE SLEEVES OF RELEVANT COLOUR THUS ENSURING TOTAL INSULATION OF POWER . The busbars are provided with heat shrinking colour-coded sleeving. 
Sleeving also protects busbars against contact with FALLING hardware or tools and against conductive dust. The sleeve shrinks over the busbar during the heating in oven takes its shape without leaving any voids or pinholes. The sleeving is permanent and can be removed only by destruction. . In feeder compartments, all live line work and terminals are fully shrouded for operator's safety with transparent acrylic sheet. 
EARTH BUS BAR SIZE IS DETERMINED WITH EARTH FAULT CALCULATION AND RUN THROUGH OUT THE PANEL AND CONNECTED WITH EVERY DOOR BODY /CLAMP OF METALLIC SWITCH

WIRING:- 

Panels are completely factory wired and ready for connecting to the equipment directly. All control wiring is fitted with identification ferrules and colour coded sleeves at each end. The wires are arranged in PVC ducts and supported in such a way that there is no strains on terminations. . Control wiring is done by PVC insulated wires of 1.5 sq.mm. size. In Voltage & 2.5 sq mm in Current circuit.
CONTROL WIRING 
PHOENIX TERMINALS ARE USED WITH SUITABLE ACCESSORIES LIKE TERMINALS HEADERS, MARKERS STOPPER CT SHORTING TERMINALS ETC. 
WIRING BUNCH IS LAND DOWN IN PVC DUCTS CUT AND ARRANGED TO GIVE DOUBLE SAFETY WITH GOOD AESTHETICS & DOOR. 
WIRING IS DONE WITH SPIRAL/FLEXIBLE CONDUCT. 
ALL COMPONENTS ARE MARKED WITH INTERNAL LEGENDS, LEGENDS ARE MADE OUT TRAFOLITE SHEET TO DEPICT FEEDER DESIGNATION & GOOD CASTNATICS EVEN IN REAR CABLE CHAMBER. LEGENDS ARE PROVIDED FOR EASY MAINTAIN APPROACH. 
In Instrument panels, WIRE ENDS ARE FERRULED WITH JAPANESE WHITE COLORED FERRULES IN CHECK WISE ANGULAR FERRULES ARE USED.. 
CONTROL CIRCUIT IS POWERED BY SIEMENS DRAW TYPE FUSE OR MCB IS USED. 
EVERY D/C IN PANEL IS PROVIDED WITH DRAWING POCKET FOR READY REFERENCE OF CONTROL SCHEMES. 

SAFETY FEATURES:- 

THE INCOMING SIDE OF ALL MCCB/SWITCHEES ARE SHROUDED THROUGH TRANSPARENT ACRYLIC SHEET
ALL FEEDER DOOR I S MECHANICALY INTERLOCKED ,THEREBY DOORS CAN’T BE OPENED UNLESS INCOMER IS NOT SWITCHED OFF.
ALL DOORS ARE CONNECTED THROUGH FLEXIBLE COPPER WIRE FOR EARTHING.
ALL DOORS ARE PROTECTED FROM DUST & VERMIN BY SELF ADHESIVE NEOPRENE GASKET.
SPECIAL CARE IS TAKEN FOR PROPER SHROUDING IN MOUNTING PLATE, WHERE LINKS ARE PRESENT

CABLING WIRE & TERMINATION: 

POWER WIRING IS DONE WITH COLOURED FLEXIBLE. COPPER MULTI STRANDED WIRES OF FINOLEX, LAP, ECKO AS PER IS 694.
O/G LINKS ARE SEGREGATED IN SUCH A WAY THAT CABLES MESS IS NOT FORMED. A FOLDING SUPPORTING CHANNEL ALSO PROVIDED FOR BINDING OF CABLE.
