First all raw material including switchgear is subjected to rigorous testing.
Second-stage inspection is carried in five stages, so that every minor/major problem is eliminated & not carried further.

Third-final testing is carried out thoroughly with all calibrated instruments/gauges. The testing is done as per harmonized national & international standards including is 8623.
Tension free termination.
Each door is made out of wrinkle free sheaf & cutouts are made in fabrication stage only, to avoid life reduction of paint film. Each door is provided with concealed hinge, neoprene gasket.
Fabrication is done with gauge controlled shearing & bending and regular punching is done to provide cross punched channel for fitment of heavy components.
